What started off as a product I could not be happier about has already descended into one I am bitterly disappointed. I have had these headphones for about a month now, as I ordered them on the 9/1/2023.
At first the sound quality was amazing, and so clear it meant I could play music on lower volumes to wear when I first go to sleep. I have a medical condition that causes problems with my sleeping, so I listen to various pieces to help on the bad nights.
The sound now keeps glitching, making sounds that sound like I'm entering the matrix. I can't explain it better than that.
Very disappointed as Sennheiser came highly recommended to me. I expected the head set to perform to much better levels than this and not break after a month of what is essentially only light night time use.

The standard connection is a 6.5mm jack but it comes with a 3.5 mm adapter, have to pay for an extension because i cant fit it into anything cuz the adapter is a chonkey boi. Would love it if the adapter was a bit longer and with a smaller 3.5mm rim.
