IE 300 Refurbished

Mine has an issue with the right side of the cord. When I move it, the sound is lost. Since this product is discontinued, they cannot send me the replacement. I had to return it.

Updated: After returning it, I ordered this again. This time, it works well.

音は良いですが、接続が甘いのかよく音が途切れます。こういうものなのでしょうか?

It gives me good sounds, but wire is not good.

"IE 300 Refurbished"というAppleの整備済品と同じ？位置付けの商品を安価で購入することができました。箱も中身も、新品と何が違うのか分かりませんでした。
今まで聞こえなかった音が聞こえる、という経験を初めてしました。大満足です。
但し…2年間の保証がついているようですが、いざ故障した時の対応方法は分かりません。保証書も付いていませんでした。
オンライン購入なので履歴はあるはずですが、まさかドイツに送り返すのか？
