I bought this as a replacement for my HD6xx headphones and the only thing that was "bad" about it is that it has a larger headphone jack (6.35mm instead of 3.5mm). This means that it does not fit the normal headphone jack so you will need to get an adapter so that it can fit the normal headphone jack or something that normally uses the 6.35mm jack. I got an adapter and it works great.
